At Avalla, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t work out, please review our return policy below.
RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Items must have original tags attached
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair
Avalla reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN METHOD
- All approved returns are issued as store credit only
- Store credit never expires
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
RETURN SHIPPING
- A return shipping label will be provided once your return is approved
- A flat $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
Please retain your tracking information until your return is complete. Avalla is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Submit a return request through your order confirmation email or our website
- Follow the instructions provided to return your item
- Send the item back within the approved return window
- Please include your packing slip with your return to ensure proper processing
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@shopavalla.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at no cost.
RETURN PROCESSING
Once your return is received, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
After processing, your store credit will be emailed to the email address used at checkout.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked Final Sale at purchase
- Gift cards
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please return your item following the return process above. Once your return is processed, store credit will be issued so you may place a new order for the desired size. This ensures the fastest processing and inventory availability.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Returns sent outside the return window may not be accepted
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Avalla reserves the right to update this policy at any time
The following do not qualify as damage:
- Color variations due to screen resolution
- Lighting differences
- Photography or lens effects
